In this conversation we discuss how Alex grew up with severe dyslexia which affected his confidence and self belief as a young teenager. Despite the physical and mental set backs he experienced, he was able to pass out of one of the most elite military units in the world and earn his green beret as a royal marine commando.
 
We take a deep dive into some of the key learnings from the marines and how they have helped Alex in his transition to civilian life and provided him the tools to now lead a successful coaching business helping men transform their own body, brain and life by increasing their own self confidence through fitness and resilience.
 
Since leaving the marines, Alex has also completed triathlons, marathons and ultra-marathons and in this episode he shares how the mindset adopted through the forces has helped him be successful with these pursuits.

Lewis has completed triathlons and marathons, and now achieved an incredible single digit body fat physique, along with coaching 100's of individuals to achieve life changing results in their own journey. 
After years of using drugs and leading a life which was untrue to himself, he decided to finally commit to the pursuit of growth not just in his health, but also his extremely successful coaching business, which has lead him to now living a life full of energy and passion on his pursuit of excellence.
